SproutsSprouted seeds are a complete food, very healthy and can prepare delicious ways. They provide few calories and many nutrients including enzymes.

What are the sprouts
Some people call them babies. They are seeds or grains that have been put to germinate. Al germinate containing proteins are absorbed more easily, form enzymes beneficial to health. Sprouts greens are easy to digest.


Benefits of eating sprouts

As we are nutritious and provide few calories
Depending on the variety provide:
Vitamins A, D, E, K and group B
They are rich in minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, sulfur, cobalt, aluminum, potassium and others.
They facilitate the absorption of raw foods
They are easy to incorporate into salads

Seeds and grains that can germinate
Almost every seed or whole grain can be germinated. Among the most commonly used are:

  1. The lentils of all types if they are fully
  2. The soybean grain
  3. The lentils or mung dal. These are the most common because sprouts served in Asian restaurants.
  4. seeds like barley, whole seeds wheat grass, alfalfa seed, quinoa, sunflower seeds, oats, beans, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and most of the seeds.

Like eating sprouts
It is best eaten raw in salads but can Sofres. As they have few calories you eat in the quantities you want.
