Remember that prevention is the best method to prevent future tooth decay and other problems that can become seriously hurt.
To not have to complain when it’s most old enough or, you instill from an early age the importance of keeping their teeth clean and avoid eating too many sweets. Only in this way will take awareness of what can make the neglect in this respect and will do everything possible to keep your mouth in perfect condition.

We give some recommendations for the daily care of your teeth:

• Go to your dentist every six months for a checkup. Fear not, it’s not like before anesthesia was not used, now, the dentist seeks to avoid pain on the patient to comfort them. Still, if you visit a dentist regularly, you will most likely not find any cavities that fix.

• If you feel any discomfort in your teeth, see your dentist. Maybe you have a filling replaced or requiring a cavity has advanced rapidly.

• Once a year goes to the dentist to perform a dental cleaning. This will help remove tartar build-up and your teeth will be healthier.

• Brush to get up in the morning and after every meal. Spend enough time to brush each piece and even the tongue. If you’re away from home and you have ingested food, rinse your mouth with water to remove food debris that can attack your enamel.

• Once a day, use dental floss to clean the area where each tooth is attached. This also prevents plaque from forming between your teeth.
