back trainingA stronger back muscles is not only the basis for an effective strength training. Many exercises can be performed correctly only when the back muscles is also well trained. Furthermore, a regular back exercises is necessary to avoid wear and tear and back pain.

Especially in the profession, there are often strong pressures of the back. Office jobs are a particularly big challenge for the back dar. tension and pain are often the result of the long sitting.
