Creamy-fleshed fruit that holds various shiny black seeds. His flesh, soft, fragrant, sweet and sour imperceptibly.

The cherimoya fruit is fragile and sensitive to cold, it must be refrigerated. Its maturation is usually achieved in 5 to 6 days of being harvested, but can mature earlier if wrapped in paper and deposits it in a warm place.

The cherimoya is low in fat but is high in minerals and carbohydrates, with considerable water-soluble vitamin content.
